Shipping & Returns Policy
At Oski Market, every product is handcrafted or made-to-order by an NHCN entrepreneur. We are committed to getting your order to you carefully and promptly. Please read this policy in full so you know what to expect.
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing Times
We target to process and dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. Because many of our products are handmade or require individual preparation by the artist, some items may require additional lead time. If your order requires extra processing time, we will notify you by email.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information where applicable.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests made within 12 hours of placing the order are most likely to be accommodated. Once an order is already packaged or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
All Canadian orders are shipped from Winnipeg/Norway House, Manitoba, using Canada Post. We do not impose additional duties or taxes beyond your order total.
Shipping Options
Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Packages shipped within Canada include tracking and delivery notifications. Please note that delivery times provided by Canada Post are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of rejected packages, failed delivery attempts, or returns-to-sender are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup – Norway House
Customers located in or near Norway House, Manitoba may arrange for local pickup. Select the local pickup option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a valid photo ID upon collection.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in the quality and authenticity of every product on Oski Market. If something is not right with your order, we want to hear from you.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at ecdev@nhcn.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not ship items back without receiving return instructions from us first.
Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed (for clothing and wearable items)
• In their original, undamaged condition
• Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation
Store Credit & Exchanges
Oski Market does not offer cash refunds. Accepted returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange of equal value. Store credit can be applied to any future purchase on oskimarket.ca.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
• Makeup and cosmetic products
• Skincare and body-care products
• Food and consumable items
• Items purchased during sale events or marked as final sale at checkout
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or significantly different from what was agreed upon at the time of the order. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is materially different from its listing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an error was made on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
