Oski Market is an online marketplace created by the Norway House Cree Nation Economic Development Group to support and showcase entrepreneurs from Norway House Cree Nation. It brings together handmade products, custom creations, and services in one place.

Who runs Oski Market?

Oski Market is operated by the Norway House Cree Nation Economic Development Group to support local business development and increase access to online markets.

Are the products authentic Indigenous-made items?

Yes. All products are created by verified Norway House Cree Nation members.

What does “vetted” mean?

All entrepreneurs on Oski Market are confirmed Norway House Cree Nation members and have demonstrated progress or success through the Level-Up Business Support Program.

Who receives the money from each sale?

All proceeds go directly to the entrepreneur or artist.

Am I buying from Oski Market or from the artist?

When you place an order, you are purchasing products from an NHCN entrepreneur, and Oski Market facilitates that transaction on their behalf.

What can I buy on Oski Market?

You can shop handmade products, custom creations, and access services offered by entrepreneurs and service providers.

Can I order from multiple artists at once?

Yes. You can add items from multiple artists into one cart and complete a single order.

What currency are prices charged in?

All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers. Oski Market does not store full card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa Debit

  • Mastercard Debit

E-transfers are not accepted. All payments, including local pickup orders, must be completed through the Oski Market website.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from our operational space in Winnipeg at 585 Century Street.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the item and location

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

  • Local Pickup: Available at 585 Century Street (Winnipeg)

  • Delivery: All orders are shipped through Canada Post with standard shipping rates

Can I change or cancel my order?

Requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes may not be possible

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unused and in original condition.

What items are final sale?

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Food or consumables

  • Items marked as final sale

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We will work with you on a resolution.

Are handmade variations normal?

Yes. Slight differences in handmade items are expected and part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Do you offer gift options?

  • Gift cards are available

  • Gift wrapping is not currently offered
